Accueil excellent et attentionne de la propriétaire.gite confortable et calme.meuble avec beaucoup de goût.tres bon séjour avec le beau temps.un petit bémol pour le tout électrique qui ferait vite monter le tarif de location si on n'y prend pas garde.pour la petite piscine trop tard dans la saison pour en profiter mais qui a le mérite d'être là en cas de fortes chaleurs.

Bonjour,Merci pour votre retour positif sur votre séjour, ainsi que pour vos compliments concernant l'accueil, le confort et le cadre du gîte.Nous souhaitons simplement apporter une petite précision concernant le point évoqué sur la consommation électrique. Tout est clairement indiqué dans le descriptif de la location, y compris le fait que le logement est en tout électrique. La piscine, quant à elle, n'étant pas chauffée, n'engendre aucune dépense énergétique supplémentaire.Par ailleurs, aucun dépassement de consommation ne vous a été facturé. De manière générale, les éventuels suppléments restent très raisonnables : autour de 5 € en moyenne, et pouvant aller jusqu'à environ 20 € en hiver pour un usage plus intensif du chauffage.Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour sur l'île d'Oléron !Bien cordialement.

Le gîte est très agréable, confortable et endroit calme et très reposant ! Décoration réalisée avec goût ! Terrasse et piscine top. Tout était parfait.

Evansfamily Bijou property with pool and all amenities.
Our family of 4 enjoyed the relaxing week in this brand new property in a quiet spot of the island - small from the outside but spotless and spacious from the inside, with very contemporary decoration in relaxing shades of green. Kitchen fully equipped, bar maybe cloth napkins and a better coffee machine. The pool is small but not overlooked and a delight on a hot day. Beach 5 minutes walk and cycling paths nearby. Lots of information leaflets provided by owners to make the most of Oleron. We cycled over 170 km in 4 days on our rented electric bikes. Local newspaper shop and crêperie/bar nearby. Unwinding guaranteed!

Florenzia Calme et sérénité
Très agréable séjour dans ce gîte parfait, bien agencé, belle déco avec terrasse et piscine , un vrai plaisir.
La propriétaire est charmante avec de petites attentions fort appreciables.
Criste marine est très bien situé dans un quartier calme et tout proche de la mer, 10 minutes à pied.
