CHEZ TOI

Between forests and vineyards. "Chez Toï" is a gîte located on a large property of over one hectare, close to the owner's house and adjoining an annual rental. No doubt you'll be able to spot roe deer passing along the edge of the forest in the early hours of the morning.
At the crossroads of the Dordogne, Gironde and Charente rivers, there are plenty of places to explore: Blaye, the Gironde and its hillsides are 50 minutes away, Bordeaux 50 minutes.

Interior layout:
- Kitchen / living room / lounge.
- Mezzanine (1.40 m) above with 2 extra beds (see conditions with the owner).
- One bedroom with 160cm bed.
- Shower room / WC.

Outside :
-Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Large wooded park shared with the owner (1 hectare) and a year-round tenant next door.
-Unenclosed communal parking on the property.
-Communal swimming pool accessible from May to September from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 20:00, subject to weather conditions and administrative restrictions, secured by alarm.
