- 2 bedrooms with possibility of AIR CONDITIONING.
- Bedroom 1 with 2-person bed (140 x 190).
- Bedroom 2 with single bed (80 x 190).
- Shower room.

Exterior layout :
- Access to small enclosed patio (facing EAST-SOUTH) with garden furniture.
- Plancha-grill (occasional use by owner to dispose of waste for recycling).
- Free street parking.
