CHAMBRES D'HOTES CHEZ L'HABITANT "aux 3 phares": Old Charentaise farmhouse located in a village 10 minutes from La Rochelle, 20 minutes from the old port and its bicycle and bus tours. Park and ride 2km away. Céline, who took over from her mother in 2008, offers a warm welcome and is available to help you discover the region. A copious and varied breakfast is served: jams (figs and mirabelle plums from the garden), homemade cakes (with or without gluten), cow's milk or vegetable milk... Plenty of space and tranquility. Interior layout: - 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms on the 1st floor of an old Charentais farmhouse in the village - Independent entrance - Chambre La Coubre with a double bed (140x190) - Chambre familiale Les Baleines with a double bed (140x190) and two single beds (90x190).
- Chambre Chassiron with a 1-person bed (120x190) and a 2-person bed (140x190) - Kitchen available to guests (€5 per day) - Additional communal wc on the ground floor Outdoor amenities: - Courtyard with large play area, pétanque court and basketball hoop. Multi-sport field in the village - Secure parking and two-wheeler shelter on the property.

Que de plaisir.Celine,maîtresse des lieux présente pour ses bons conseils. Du sourire à profusion, un accueil comme si nous étions des amis,des petits déjeuners maison,un compagnon à 4 pattes adorable,une grosse peluche blanche. Pour notre 4 ème séjour rien à reprocher. Une adresse à faire découvrir et à recommander.PARFAIT.

J'ai passé 8 nuits dans un très bel endroit ! Magnifique maison ! La chambre est très agréable, très confortable et très calme. Céline, la propriétaire, est très accueillante et à l'écoute et propose un petit déjeuné complet avec de très bonnes confitures qu'elle réalise. Je recommande vivement ce très bel endroit.

A typical farm from Charente Maritime run by a genuine, kind and sincere hôtesse; from the fresh baguettes in the morning, to the chit chat around the breakfast table and the warmth of the whole experience. I would strongly recommend the whole stay

Oli Séjour parfait en famille
La propriétaire est d'une extrême gentillesse et de très bon conseil.
Les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable.
Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et varié.
La cuisine à disposition des résidents est un plus.
Véhicule en sécurité dans la propriété.

Chrystelle Charmant séjour
Céline est une hôtesse très accueillante et aux petits soins. La décoration des chambres est faite avec goût. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux ( pains frais, confitures faites maison...). Nous avons accès à une petite cuisine pour préparer un repas frugal et il y a une aire dédiée pour garer sa voiture près des chambres. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement situé au premier étage au calme. Le rapport qualité/prix est certain.
