Come and enjoy the Ile d'Oléron in our family home close to all amenities (less than 3 km), located between St Pierre d'Oléron and La Cotinière, both accessible by bike path. The 80m² house is not huge, but it can comfortably accommodate four people, who would like to enjoy a bright house with an enclosed courtyard ideal for sunbathing, barbecues and aperitifs. Furballs and feather-balls are welcome, as are mini-pups, who will find all the equipment they need to ensure a happy stay. Don't worry, you're on an island, but you'll stay connected and be able to make your loved ones green with envy with your seafood platters and your impeccable tan - we're wired! So don't hesitate, we look forward to welcoming you!

Shower room. WC. Private enclosed courtyard of 80 m², with laundry room. Pay-per-use heating (meter reading required). Street parking.
