ANGLOIS ZEN

L'Anglois Zen is a completely renovated old stone farmhouse in Saint Jean d'Angle, a village in the Charente region 15 minutes south of Rochefort, Royan and Ile d'Oléron. The village is one of the stops on a signposted long-distance hiking trail (GR 360), where you can observe the marsh wildlife and storks on foot or by bike. For history lovers and toddlers, the Mélusine fairy castle and its medieval leisure park are just 100 meters away. In the village: skate park, playground for young Kids.

Holiday cottage adjoining a winery, on a 1400 m² enclosed garden shared with the owners.

First floor:
- Equipped kitchen / Living room / Lounge area with sofa bed (160x190cm).

First floor:
- Mezzanine with storage space.
- Large bedroom (bed 160x200cm) with sofa bed (extra bed) and study area.
- Shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside layout :
- Partly covered private terrace and large communal garden.
- Private parking.
- Wellbeing massage with Isabelle, the owner, by appointment (30 min to 1h30 min session of your choice).
- Spa (for 1 or 2 people) for a fee, bookable with the owner (Rates: 30min: €20 for 1 person, €28 for 2 people).
