To reinforce the advantages of the Holiday cottage's location, i.e. its proximity to the viaduct, the entry and exit point to the Ile d'Oléron, we suggest that vacation weeks run from SUNDAY 4pm to the following SUNDAY 10am. This way, you can avoid busy periods and make the most of your vacation.

Located in the heart of the walled city of Château d'Oléron (no private parking in front of the holiday cottage), close to all amenities, attached to another building in the village.

Interior layout:
Ground floor:
- Entryway with small pantry.
- Kitchen.
- 2 living rooms.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
- Toilet.
- Office/Living room with darts.
- Laundry room with an additional shower.

Upstairs:
- 4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x200), 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140x190), 1 dorm-style bedroom with a single bunk bed on top (Bed 90x190), a double bed (140x190) below, and a double-decker bunk bed with two single beds.
- 1 bathroom with a bathtub.
- 2 separate toilets.
- 1 walk-through bathroom (accessible from the landing and a bedroom).
- Landing with a small desk.

Outdoor amenities:
- Private, enclosed garden and terrace, not overlooked.
- Large open shed for various storage needs.
- Gas grill / gas plancha.
- Outdoor furniture.
- 5 lounge chairs.
- Free public parking lot 200m and 300m away

Rental details:
- Electricity and heating included.
- Bed linens and towels are an additional charge per rental. Please check with the owner.
- Overtaking capacity by up to 2 people is possible (check conditions with the owner).
