It's a fully renovated and equipped Charentais-style farmhouse in the middle of vineyards dedicated to Cognac and Pineau des Charentes. Close to the Charente (swimming and cruising), 40km from Royan and the Atlantic coast, as well as the islands of Ré and Oléron.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 with a double bed (140x190). Bedrooms 3 and 4 with two single beds (90x190). Holiday cottage 17G51087 description: Kitchen/living room. Wood-burning stove (not working). WC/sink. Upstairs, WC and 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190) Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x190). Meals for 12 are served in Holiday cottage 17G51088. Unenclosed communal grounds with swing + slide + table tennis + table soccer. Private area (deckchairs - terrace/patio). Piscine heated in common with the owner (7x4m and depth: 1.40m) from June to September with access from 10am to 7pm (subject to weather conditions and administrative restrictions). Shower/WC room. Heating subject to meter reading. Electric vehicle recharging possible (standard reinforced socket, chargeable on meter reading). Supervised swimming at Port d'Envaux (5 km).

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte spacieux avec poêle à bois dans le salon et dans la salle à manger. La salle d'eau dans chaque chambre a été appréciée de tous ainsi que les portes intérieures communicantes entre les 2 gîtes.
Il est à noter également l'accueil particulièrement sympathique des propriétaires toujours à l'écoute.

Excellent séjour dans une région très agréable pour faire du vélo.
Notre gîte était TB et les propriétaires qui habitaient sur le site étaient discrets mais toujours présents si on avait besoin d eux.

Bibus Découverte des Charentes
Très grand gîte offrant de nombreuses possibilités pour un groupe.
Nous étions tous bien logés grâce aux six chambres, toutes avec douches.
Bien sûr le site et isolé mais Saintes ou Sain Jean d'Angely sont à 20 minutes de voiture, et se fût un plaisir de découvrir ces deux villes.
Ne connaissant que peu la région nous fimes bien des sorties. Et certains parmi nous ont découvert les terrains de golf de la région.
Tout cela ne nous empêchant pas de profiter du grand terrain, de la piscine, du barbecue, etc..

Gene Un gîte très confortable
Très belle demeure charentaise, beau jardin et vue magnifique sur les vignes.
Gite très bien équipé pour 12 adultes.
