The holiday cottage is located at the entrance to the village of Saint Vivien, 11 km from La Rochelle and 4.6 km from the beaches of Châtelaillon-Plage.
It’s attached to a semi-detached house but has a separate entrance and is not overlooked.

- Kitchen / living room / lounge (insert fireplace).
- One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190).
- One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200).
- Pantry.
- Bathroom.
- Separate toilet.

Upstairs:
- One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) equipped with a portable air conditioner.
- One bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190) equipped with a portable air conditioner.
- Shower room / toilet.

Outdoor amenities:
- Private, enclosed courtyard and garden.
- Outdoor furniture.
- Barbecue.
- Ping-pong table.
- Enclosed parking for at least 5 vehicles.
- Bike shed and rack.

Operating details:
- Bed linen and towels PROVIDED as part of the rental.
- Housekeeping included.
- Heating charged based on meter reading.
