Do you love the seaside? Then all aboard, shipmates… Frédéric invites you on a journey to his house on the waterfront, where the decor is decidedly inspired by the sea.
The holiday cottage is located at the entrance to the village of Saint Vivien, 11 km from La Rochelle and 4.6 km from the beaches of Châtelaillon-Plage.
It’s attached to a semi-detached house but has a separate entrance and is not overlooked.

Antoine Une maison très agréable
La maison est très bien décorée et présente tout le confort d'une vrai maison (cuisine très bien équipée, jeux de société, jeux extérieurs, etc).
Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Je vous remercie d'avoir choisi Saint-Vivien comme destination pour vos vacances d'Avril, regrette que ce séjour ne se soit pas mieux passé et vous confirme prendre en compte vos remarques afin d'améliorer la qualité de service et de prestation.
La poignée du Velux cassée juste avant votre arrivée vient d'être réparée. -
Jackie Un agréable séjour
Un gîte très confortable, bien équipé, avec une belle unité dans la décoration et une salle de séjour lumineuse. Un bon point de départ pour visiter La Rochelle et sa région. À noter cependant que le gîte est voisin d’une rue passante. Et la table de ping-pong s’est avérée trop difficile d’accès (fermée dans la resserre) pour que nous puissions l’utiliser.
