Kreen Séjour très agréable
Magnifique appartement, très bien décoré et équipé. 2 belles terrasses. Au calme, proche des commodités et bus en bas de l immeuble. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, propriétaire très agréable et disponible si besoin. Appartement avec tout ce qu il faut pour s'y sentir comme chez soi. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Frédéric Superbe séjour
Appartement très bien équipé et joliment décoré. Au calme et bien situé (arrêt de bus en bas de l'appartement pour rejoindre le centre ville). La place de parking dans la copropriété est appréciable. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire.

Une très belle semaine passée dans cet appartement entre amis.
L appartement ne manque de rien, la literie est fantastique, il est décoré avec goût, ensoleillé toute la journée grâce à ces baies vitrées. Résidence très calme, pas de problème de stationnement. Laurent est un hôte très gentil, réactif et arrangeant. Nous recommandons très fortement cette location, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.- Cleanliness

Stephanie et Jérôme Séjour agréable en famille à la Rochelle
Nous sommes restés 15 jours dans ce très bel appartement situé dans une résidence calme. Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable avec une jolie vue et la terrasse est vraiment appréciable.
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de notre hôte, le logement propre et fonctionnel décoré avec goût et le quartier à 15 min en voiture du centre de la Rochelle. Il y a un arrêt de bus à côté et on peut même faire tous les déplacements en transport en commun ou à vélo.
Bref, on ne peut que tomber sous le charme de ce logement. Un grand Merci à Laurent pour ses informations précieuses sur tous les bons petits coins de la Rochelle.- Cleanliness

Tawry Going frenchy
The owner was fair, friendly, courteous and with an all business like attitude.
We were three persons and stayed seven days.
The apartment was private, very quiete, spacious, bright and in a clean, secure building. Lovely and large balconies. Parking space is a dedicated spot therefore always free. Convenient location, thirty minutes straight walk to town centre or ten minutes by bus and also thirty minutes by bus to the Ile De Re. We could easily and happily live there permanently.
The apartment had two double bedrooms but the sitting/living areas were not comfortable for three persons never mind four.
The TV could be upgraded, at minimal cost, to include more and better programs as only very basic, very few and non-interesting channels were available.
The kitchen sink and the wall mounted cabinet are a safety hazard as I badly banged my head a couple of times (could have been more serious) while using the sink.
The balcony outside the living area has a lovely large awning but it’s expansion and retraction are manual and therefore very hard work, also, at the slight breeze a text from the owner asked us to retract the awning so we only used it once.
All in all, nearly a home away from home.- Cleanliness
