francesco Agréable séjour à La Rochelle
Logement très bien situé (à 10min à pieds du centre ville) et très bien équipé. Une belle surface qui permet d'y loger en famille avec tout le confort nécessaire. Ne pas se fier aux abords de la résidence qui jouxte une barre d'immeuble HLM. L'appartement se situe dans une résidence de standing des années 70 mais très bien entretenue.

Nous vous remercions pour votre partage d'expérience. La résidence Amirauté bénéficie d'une belle réputation, comme le quartier des parcs environnants. La terrasse de l'appartement donne directement sur les arbres.

Boydie Repeat stay in La Rochelle
Repeat visit to this lovely and well equipped apartment in La Rochelle.
Everything within walking distance through park and zoo.
No car hire required, easily reached by bus from the small airport nearby.
Very well equipped with comfortable beds and interesting artifacts belonging to the owners.
Reluctantly, I have had to deduct a point from 'comfort' scoring as there was no heating during our weekend of arrival and weather was chilly (early October), weather warmed after a couple of days and heating was not required.
Overall a very enjoyable stay, thank you !!

Depending on the season, climate variations may be unusual. The residence benefits from collective heating, the start-up date of which is independent of the individual will of the owners. It is determined in order to reasonably limit its energy consumption.
Welcoming travelers in the best conditions is our priority, we will consider possible additional heating solutions. -

The 3rd floor apartment is very well appointed, with views over the park. It is quiet and comfortable, but only 10 minutes walk across the park into the centre of La Rochelle. An ideal choice from our point of view. Boulangerie, pizzeria, epicerie & small supermarket all within 5 minutes walk. Convenient underground parking.
