ALL INCLUSIVE house on two levels, a stone's throw from the heart of La Flotte. First floor: bright living room with open-plan fitted kitchen. Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140 x 190cm). Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Upstairs: Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm), mezzanine and office area for telecommuting. Terrace and courtyard with garden furniture, plancha and private enclosed garden. At the front of the gite, private enclosed courtyard, parking for 2 cars and bicycle shed. All charges included. Beach towels not provided.

    Parfait

    Gîte particulièrement propre et bien équipé. Le gîte est maintenu régulièrement en bon état et donne l’impression d’être presque neuf.
    L’accueil est très efficace et sympathique. Anne a fait preuve d’une grande réactivité lorsque nous lui avons soumis un problème.
    L’espace extérieur est agréable, à l’abri des regards des maisons voisines.
    Tout cela en plus d’être sur une île superbe nous a permis de passer un séjour très agréable.

    Schönes, geräumiges Haus in guter Lage

    Das Haus liegt sehr gut, nahe zur Ortsmitte (5 min mit dem Fahrrad), direkt am Radweg nach Saint-Martin, auch zum Strand ist es sehr nahe. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet (Küche, Bad). Sehr schön ist die überdachte Loungeecke. Das Auto kann man im Hof parken, die Fahrräder in einem kleinen Unterstand abstellen. Man hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten zu sitzen, z.B. auch eine bequeme Couchecke. Das Bett war etwas schmal. Die einzigen Dinge, die sonst nicht ganz optimal waren, sind die typisch französischen: man kann das Fenster im Schlafzimmer nicht kippen und man muss sich eine Bettdecke teilen. Die Kommunikation einschließlich Schlüsselüber- bzw. -rückgabe war sehr unkompliziert.

    Quelques jours au calme

    Gite très bien situé, très bien équipé, très confortable. Petit bémol : le parquet du haut est particulièrement bruyant et l'éclairage de la chambre du haut insuffisant.

    Lovely gite, great location

    Lovely gite, good space and outside area. Great location, close to La Flotte’s shops restaurant and beach. Had a lovely week exploring the Ile de Re and the gite was a great base.

    Séjour

    Maison confortable, lumineuse, bien équipée, elle a été récemment rénovée.

    Le jardinet à l’arrière de la maison est calme, agréable et arboré, terrasse plein soleil.

    Proche du centre ville et du bord de mer, la maison se situe juste à côté de la piste cyclable, on peut se déplacer au port de la Flotte soit à pied ou en vélo, très agréable de ne pas utiliser la voiture pour faire des courses au marché Médiéval.

    Bémol : la proximité de la route devant la maison peut s’avérer bruyante si fenêtres ouvertes la nuit, notamment pour la chambre du 1er etage. .
