Situated in the heart of an orchard on the banks of the Seine, you'll appreciate the calm of the place and be able to spot river cruisers or large cargo ships at any time of day. The vast living room is a veritable well of light, with its large bay windows and cathedral roof. A pool table is located on the 1st floor, offering a 180° view of the Seine. The Mesnil-sous-Jumièges ferry terminal is 500 meters from the house. You can take the ferry to the left bank. ROUEN is 29 km away. Jumièges Abbey is 4 km away, and the beaches of Deauville-Trouville and Dieppe are 1 hour's drive away. Pedestrian access along the Seine on the towpath at the end of the garden. Le Mesnil-sous-Jumièges leisure center, lake and golf course 4 minutes away by car. The outdoor swimming pool is private and heated from May 1 to September 30 (temperature may vary according to season). Parties are not permitted.
