Situated in the heart of the Normandy Countryside, this detached Holiday cottage offers the ideal setting for a get-together with family or friends. The spacious, comfortable house features a large living room with fireplace, a bright dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms, spread over several levels, can accommodate up to 9 people.

The Holiday cottage is distinguished by its premium facilities, including a year-round heated indoor swimming pool, set in a dedicated, secure area with showers and changing rooms. A large gaming room completes the offer: billiards, table soccer, air field hockey and relaxation area. A second leisure area features a ping-pong table.

Outside, the enclosed garden and outdoor facilities (trampoline, petanque pitch, portico, covered terrace) offer a wealth of activity possibilities.
