Situated in the quiet of a private cul-de-sac with no garden, in the heart of Fécamp, you'll appreciate the spaciousness of the living room and the unobstructed view over the rooftops and neighboring garden from the upper floors. The beach is less than 300m away, as are shops, restaurants and tourist attractions (Musée des Pêcherie, Palais Bénédictine, Casino, marina with boat trips...).
First floor:
- Entrance into large living room,
- Fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, induction hob, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, fridge with freezer...) opening onto living room/lounge with sofas and flat-screen TV,
1st floor:
- 2-person bedroom with 160x200cm bed,
- Bathroom with shower cubicle and WC,
2nd floor:
- 3-person bedroom with 160x200cm bed and 90x190cm bed.
Direct access to shops and Beach less than 5 minutes away on foot. Parking space in front of Holiday cottage.
When you reach the traffic lights, reverse into the cul-de-sac to park in front of the Holiday cottage.
Please note that this Holiday cottage is not All inclusive: some options are extra.

Nathalie Agréable et bien situé
Idéalement situé (proximité de la plage, du port et du centre ville à pieds), le gîte est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. La pièce à vivre est spacieuse et la cuisine bien équipée en terme de vaisselle (même pour manger des fruits de mer!). Voici deux fois que nous y allons et espérons y retourner dans les mois qui viennent.

jo et do Séjour idyllique
Tout a été parfait :
l'accueil enthousiaste des propriétaires,
confort, propreté, et mise à disposition de tout ce qu'on pourrait avoir besoin (il ne manquait rien !)
situation parfaite : dans une impasse, au calme et vraiment très proche de la mer, des magasins, du centre ville, des lieux à visiter, tout cela à pieds.
Trop, trop bien !
De plus, Fécamp est une ville touristique familiale, très agréable, ce qui ne gâche rien...

Ch A savoir, gîte sans jardin même si avec barbecue
Bien situé, belles photos du gîte sur le site mais il faudrait clairement mentionner qu'il n'y a pas de jardin. Mentionner un bbq sans jardin est très trompeur (et surtout pas du tout accepté des voisins de faire un bbq sur la rue)
Sinon, sans petite fille ou garçon qui pensait avoir un jardin, le gîte est très bien situé, rapport qualité prix ok. A 5, une seule toilette dans la sdb peut amener a des "encombrements".- Cleanliness
