Lovely detached house with character, in a quiet location, in the wooded grounds of a small 18th/19th-century château which houses another gîte (G2157): a green setting ideal for recharging your batteries.

First floor :
- entrance hall,
- living room/kitchen (2-burner induction hob, refrigerator with 2-drawer freezer section, 6-cutlery dishwasher, microwave, oven), dining area, TV, wood-burning stove.
- access to terrace with teak garden furniture, barbecue and brazier,
- wc (under stairs),
- bedroom: 2 beds 90x200cm that can be made into 1 bed 180cm, with bathroom: washbasin, Italian shower, washing machine,
Baby bed and high chair on request.

Upstairs in the mezzanine :
- accessible by 2 steps: 2 beds 140x200cm,
- small relaxation area with 2-seater sofa,

Outside :
- Unenclosed wooded park, ample parking.

Pets allowed: 1 dog only per stay (no cats).
