A large wooden terrace overlooks the entrance hall and the cosy lounge with its magnificent panoramic view and wood-burning stove.
Private parking: 2 parking spaces in the villa: in the driveway and in front of the gate.

Half-landings are organized around a central staircase:
- 0.5: a shower room with large shower, wc and a second living room with sofa bed (130x180cm) for 1 person and games for all,

1st floor:
- Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) to be moved closer if required,
- Large, bright dining room with balcony offering a beautiful view of Étretat for an unforgettable breakfast, and a modern, fully-equipped open kitchen,

- Bedroom with 3 single beds (90x190cm) separated into two communicating spaces (ceiling height 1m90cm),
2nd floor:
- Bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160x200cm), washbasin area and panoramic terrace;
- Large master suite with queen-size bed (160x200cm), a balcony overlooking Étretat and a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet;
