Eugénie and Arnaud welcome you to their fully renovated Holiday cottage, a detached Normandy-style farmhouse combining authentic charm and modern comfort.
Nestled in the heart of a 10-hectare estate, surrounded by lush, unspoilt countryside, this house offers an immersion in the Normandy Countryside, where the owners raise Connemara ponies as a family business.
Sheltered by an oak tree several hundred years old, enjoy the absolute calm and serenity of the Pays de Bray. Close to many picturesque sites, this Holiday cottage is ideal for nature lovers and Hiking enthusiasts. A long-distance hiking trail passes directly in front of the property and leads to the Avenue Verte, a perfect route to explore on foot or by bike. Discover Forges-les-Eaux, Neufchâtel-en-Bray, or even Dieppe for the more adventurous.
The Holiday cottage is non-smoking.
First floor:

Mam'Isa Havre de paix pour une escapade bucolique
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte à La Ferté-Saint-Samson. J’y ai séjourné avec ma fille et mes deux petits-fils, et nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié le cadre.
La maison est agréable, confortable et parfaitement équipée, entourée d’une belle nature verdoyante qui invite au calme et à la détente. C’est un véritable havre de paix.
Nous avons également eu un coup de cœur pour la charmante ville de Forges-les-Eaux, avec son lac et sa forêt, idéals pour de belles promenades en famille.

séjour trés agréable en pleine nature,trés confortable, reposant, bien situé pour rayonner. Gite trés bien exposé . Être entouré de poneys apporte une certaine douceur de vivre. Propriétaires bienveillants.

Nick Brown Superb location
One of the nicest gites I have found in over 30 years of coming to Normandy! Extremely comfortable, well furnished, spacious, plenty of light, nice private garden and in a quiet, rural location less than 10 minutes drive from Forges-les-Eaux.
The gite owners Arnaud and Eugenie were also very helpful and accommodating, and we appreciated their welcoming bottle of local cider!
The quiet lanes are perfect for cycling and running, and there are plenty of chateaus and gardens to visit within 20 - 40 minutes drive. The Voie Verte from Dieppe to Paris runs through Forges-les-Eaux and our friends actually cycled from Dieppe to the gite, having caught the Newhaven - Dieppe ferry.
Favourite coffee shop - Bar Sophie, Forges-les-Eaux; favourite village - Lyons-la-Foret; favourite chateau/gardens - Vascoeuil; favourite gardens - Jardin Le Plume and Parc du Mesnil.
We also caught the train from Serqueux (close to Forges-les-Eaux) to Rouen which is only a 40 minutes journey. Lovely city to explore and the cathedral is awesome.- Cleanliness
