Welcome to Les Prés Motteville! This charming Norman house, typical of the region, has been lovingly restored by its owners to offer you an unforgettable stay.
Everything has been thought of for your pleasure: Wii console, swimming pool, numerous board games... In addition, a tennis court and communal petanque courts, adjoining the garden, are freely accessible. There's also a bar area, a beautiful fireplace and a convivial terrace. The outdoor swimming pool, heated according to weather conditions (minimum outdoor temperature 10°C, available from April to October), is reserved exclusively for Holiday cottage guests.
A little bonus: the Ferme des Écoles is just 150 metres away, ideal for a family visit. Babysitting services for Kids are also available on request. The parking lot is under video surveillance, and check-in is available 24 hours a day.
First floor: Bright living room with table for 10, bar area and access to terrace overlooking the Piscine. Cosy lounge with fireplace/insert, sofas, armchairs, TV, home Cinema, DVD player and Wii console. Double bedroom (bed 140x200) overlooking the Piscine. Bathroom with shower, double washbasin and electric towel dryer.
Separate toilet with washbasin. 1st floor: Landing with reading area. Double bedroom: bed 140x200, bassinet, desk. Double bedroom with 1 bed 140x200 and 1 bunk bed 90x200 and baby bed. Double bedroom (bed 160x200) and small balcony. Double bedroom (bed 140x200), desk and baby bed (co-sleeper). Bathroom with whirlpool bath and double washbasin. Separate toilet.
Basement: Cellar equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer Outside: 10-person garden furniture (sofas and deckchairs), swing, deckchairs, table and chairs. 4-person Spa Gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue Table tennis, trampoline, basketball hoop, swings Nearby activities: amusement park and zoo.
Other information: Complete baby equipment available (1 baby chair, 2 high chairs, full set of crockery with feeding bottles, food processor, bottle warmer, changing table and mattress) Board games and books for all ages The owners accept no liability for any problems arising from the use of the equipment.

En 1987, Arnaud acquiert une vieille maison avec un grand jardin. Pendant plusieurs années, il s'investit dans la rénovation de cette propriété. Avec sa femme et leurs trois enfants, ils y vivent pendant 30 ans. Lorsqu'ils décident de s'installer à l'étranger, ils transforment la maison en gîte. Ouvert depuis 2021, le gîte a déjà permis de belles rencontres, et la famille est ravie des retours positifs reçus. Malgré la distance, ils tiennent à remercier chaleureusement leurs hôtes pour leur confiance et leur compréhension.

Alexandre Parfait quand tout fonctionne
L'accueil (avec petit panier de produits locaux), les équipements et la maison elle-même sont excellents. Quelques incidents techniques (disjoncteur électrique qui saute sans raison, machine à laver la vaisselle qui refuse de démarrer au 2e jour et four impossible à démarrer...) ne nous ont pas empêché d'apprécier le séjour. À la décharge de la propriétaire, un gros orage intervenu avant notre arrivée peut expliquer ces petits problèmes et il faudra juste s'assurer d'une vérification préalable en cas de location... Sinon, tout était parfait et conforme aux attentes. A signaler la présence de nombreux jeux pour les enfants, d'une table de ping-pong, d'un trempoline fermé et d'un terrain pour jouer à la pétanque.

Super séjour.
Accueil très chouette, avec un cadeau d'accueil impressionnant et super apprécié
Comme c'était pour Noël, la maison était extrêment bien décorée
Il ne manque rien dans ce gite, il est très complet, grand avec un très grand jardin, plusieurs voitures garées sans soucis
La literie est super. Bref rien à redire, si ce n'est que le spa promis n'existe pas (plus)

ThistleBee Disappointing
The property was large enough for our party, comfortable and well furnished, the gardens were beautiful. The jacuzzi still being advertised has been removed, there are problems with the electrics which went off and had to be reset several times. The pool alarm had to be turned off because it kept sounding for no reason (including at 5 and 6am) There was no kettle or toaster(the owner told us to use the coffee machine to boil water for tea and that the toaster had been removed because it was always dirty) We have had many, many self catering holidays and I cannot think of another occasion where there is no kettle or toaster. There was no grill pan in the oven and only one shelf, insufficient for eight people. Finally the water level in the pool dropped two days before the end of our holiday despite informing both the owner and their management company no one came to check this and the pool was not really usable.... Some one really should have come to sort this out.

Great pool, great environment, nice house.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
You can reach the coast within 50 minutes by car and Rouen is only 25 minutes away.
