Located in Montivilliers, close to the Normandy coast, you'll enjoy the advantages of the City (suburban area) in a Countryside atmosphere, with its vast enclosed garden and nearby shops. You'll also appreciate the City's architectural heritage, with its "hallettes" (small wooden stores dating from the 19th century), the Abbatiale and its Abbey (11th to 16th century), listed as a historic monument. Hiking trails, cycle paths and public transport nearby. The house has been completely renovated by the owners, and you will appreciate the brightness of the living room opening onto the small veranda and the enclosed garden planted with fruit trees. A bakery is 200 m away on foot, and the main shops are around 1 km away. You can easily reach Étretat and Honfleur in 25 minutes, and Le Havre or the supervised beach at Saint-Jouin-Bruneval in 20 minutes.
