Between land and Sea, 6 km from Etretat, on the GR21, close to the owners' house (independent access), lovely upstairs Normandy-style Holiday cottage with exposed beams in an 18th-century building. Private enclosed garden, terrace (35m²). Contact on site for water sports. Bikes and motorcycles available. Fitness trail, Kids' playground, Tennis, Ping-Pong and reading box freely available. Electricity recharging points 800m away in the village.
First floor (floor area: 70m², owner's storage garage on first floor):
- kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer) opening onto
- living/dining room (TV, stereo),
- 2 bedrooms (160 cm bed separable into 2 x 80 cm),
