In the listed Ganzeville valley, on the banks of the river, semi-detached house close to the village church, with enclosed garden out of sight (no parking on the property, but 6 spaces opposite the gîte).
Situated in the countryside and close to the sea, the gîte is very close to the town of Fécamp, offering you the chance to enjoy the town center with its shops and restaurants, the beach as well as the Benedictine Palace and the Musée des Pêcheries. You'll also be ideally placed for exploring Etretat and the small resorts of the Alabaster Coast, which inspired the greatest Impressionist painters, or simply relaxing in the peace and quiet.

First floor:
- 34m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, oven, single sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, small electrical appliances including raclette and crêpe maker) and dining/living area (80cm TV, USB port, DVD player, Internet connection),
- utility room with microwave, washing machine and sheltered clothesline,
- bathroom with toilet
