Situated in the quiet of a listed valley, this bright, detached, south-facing house offers a privileged setting for a relaxing stay. Its vast 2000 m² wooded garden invites you to enjoy the outdoors, whether relaxing or playing with the family. Inside, the Holiday cottage features a comfortable, warm living room and fully-equipped, all on one level.
Ideally located for discovering the intimate cliff-fringed beaches, coastal villages and lively cities of Dieppe, Saint-Valery-en-Caux or Fécamp, it also allows you to savor local produce direct from the Market or the fisherman. Hiking and cultural enthusiasts will appreciate the many signposted loops and events on offer all year round.

Pascale excellent séjour
Nous avons été très bien accueillis (2 adultes + un chien) dans ce gîte confortable, situé au calme, et entouré d'un très grand jardin.

René A very pleasent and comfortable stay
Together with our two dogs we had a very nice stay in the gite. Royville is very central to visit the coast en the city of Rouen. We enjoyed the contact with the owners during arrival en departure. It was liking living in France.

Mo et Kai Es war alles gut - Tout etait bien
Wir waren 9 Tage in diesem netten Haus am Rand eines kleinen Dorfes. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und haben uns sogar Kuchen und Saft geschenkt.
Für Hundebesitzer ist dieses Haus perfekt: ein großer, komplett geschlossener Garten und keine direkten Nachbarn.
Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche findet man wirklich alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Von Royville aus erreicht man bequem alle schönen Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Normandie.

Monika und KaiNous avons passé 9 jours dans cette jolie maison située au final d'un petit village. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous ont même offert dund gâteau et du jus de pomme.
La maison est parfaite pour les proprietaires de chiens : un grand jardin entièrement clos et pas de voisin direct.
La maison est bien équipée, on trouve vraiment tout qu'il faut pour cuisiner bien.
A partir de Royville, on peut facilement visiter tous les beau endroits et sites touristiques de la Normandie.

gîte très bien équipé en
vaisselle et produits d entretien, rien ne manque. les pièces sont spacieuses.le jardin est très beau et bien entretenu. les propriétaires sympas. ils vous donnent des idées d activités et il y a beaucoup de documentation à disposition. S il faut améliorer quelque chose c est peut-être installer le wi-fi. Cela n a pas été in souci pour nous la 4G passait bien.adresse á recommander- Cleanliness
