Very well located farmhouse, 5 minutes from the magnificent cliffs of Etretat. This semi-detached gîte has a large, enclosed garden of 2000m², planted with trees and not overlooked. The interior is bright and tastefully decorated, and you can enjoy the veranda while reading a book, playing one of the board games or having your meals (not heated). It's a quiet, pleasant place, ideal for welcoming a large family or friends... You'll be awakened in the morning by the sound of birdsong.
Weekends and short stays possible in January, February, March, October, November and December.
First floor:
- open kitchen (coffee maker, senseo coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer),
- dining/living room with flat-screen TV and hi-fi system,
- veranda with lounge and dining area,
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm),

Matze Super Ferienhaus!
Hervorragendes Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem, komplett eingezäuntem Garten und herrlichem Wintergarten.
Es hat alles im Haus was man im Urlaub so braucht.
Der Bäcker in Les Loges (etwa 4 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt) hat hervorragendes Baguette und köstliche Süße Versuchungen.
Étretat ist überlaufen, aber in der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele schöne Ecken zu entdecken.Es ist schön unterwegs zu sein und sich gleichzeitig schon wieder auf das "nach hause kommen" ins Ferienhaus zu freuen.
Sandrine ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin!Weiterempfehlung: 100%

NiBé Gîte agréable près d'Etretat...
Maison de pays bien restaurée, agréable, fonctionnelle, avec un terrain clos ...adaptée à une famille avec un chien. Une seule salle de bain et un seul wc mais c'est bien précisé dans le descriptif des gîtes de France...donc pas de surprise...très contents de notre séjour. Propriétaire bien sympathique...

Très bon séjour dans une belle maison avec un espace extérieur très agréable.
La maison est dotée de tout ce qu'il faut, l'aménagement est au top et avec beaucoup de gout.
