In the heart of a 3-hectare orchard and preserved environment, on the banks of the Seine, near the owners' house. Unenclosed private garden.
First floor: living room, TV, kitchenette (multifunction oven, filter + Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher), shower room with washing machine, separate toilet, 1 bedroom (1 x 140 cm bed). Mezzanine bed upstairs accessible by steep staircase: 2 beds 90 cm. Electric heating not included. Housekeeping package available. Linen hire. Tourist tax.

David Pleyel Séjour apaisant avec les enfants
J'ai réserve ce gîte pour bénéficier d'un séjour au calme avec mes enfants de 6, 9 et 11 ans, dans le contexte de la fête de Noël avec des repas en famille à Rouen. J'ai apprécié le cadre reposant et apaisant qui nous a permis de vivre des moments tranquilles entre deux rencontres familiales. La proximité de la Seine est une curiosité, qui permet de voir quelques passages de bateaux. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et à l'écoute de nos besoins. En résumé, je recommande ce gîte !

Beautiful Beautiful location
Stayed at this gite for a week. Beautiful, quiet location on the banks of the Seine. Views across the Seine are beautiful. Very clean & well maintained gite. Ownwers very welcoming and helpful. Glorious weahter too! Would definetly stay again and recommend. May thanks to Valerie & Eric.
