Adjoining another gîte (G1160), this contemporary-decorated cottage has its own entrance and private enclosed garden.

First floor:
- open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, Senseo coffee maker) opening onto
- living room, flat-screen TV and DVD player, Kids' games,
- WC.

First floor (steep staircase):
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200), 1 wooden baby bed and changing table,
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200, 1 single bed 90x200),
- bathroom with shower cubicle (washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer).
Linen rental (1 bath sheet + 1 towel + 2 gloves) €3 per person/per week.

Outside area :
Terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and deckchair.
An additional deposit of €200 is required for electricity.
