25km from the sea, halfway between Rouen and Dieppe, upstairs gîte above a 9-person gîte (G2027).

L'Arbalète is the ideal place to meet farm animals, discover the joys of the great outdoors, or simply relax.
Pleasant setting with lovely views over the Scie valley.
A 9-person gîte (G2027: children's gîte during school vacations) is located just below the P'tit gîte.
No smoking.

First floor (attic):
- entrance into the living room (TV 50cm) which doubles as a bedroom: sleeping accommodation in a comfortable convertible sofa 160x190cm (Dunlopillo mattress),
- kitchen with dining area (fridge/freezer, microwave, 4-top dishwasher, single sink, 4-burner gas stove),
- bathroom with sanitary wc,
No private washing machine, but owner's washing machine available on request.
BED LINEN AND HEATING INCLUDED. Bathroom linen (towels) not provided: rental possible at extra cost.
Outside area :
Private garden area at foot of stairs with garden furniture, plancha or barbecue on request.
