15 mn from the sea, in a former farmhouse renovated to a high standard and benefiting from attractive landscaping, comfortable self-contained gîte for 4 people. Well-exposed terrace (with garden furniture and barbecue) opens onto a large private, unfenced garden of 2000m². On the vast estate, 3 other gîtes, each with private gardens: G 2283 (15-person manor), G2293 (4 pers), G2294 (4 pers). Secured pond with ducks and animals (donkeys, geese, goats) to delight children. Close to Le Havre, Honfleur, Fécamp, Etretat golf course, accrobranche, summer tobogganing and Caniel ski lift.
