You'll find the calm of the Countryside, with no Vis à Vis, close to the City. Come and explore this beautiful region of Normandy. There are also plenty of cultural and sporting activities on offer. This accommodation is not suitable for Kids (steep staircase).

The small Holiday cottage ô pré is located in the heart of the Normandy countryside, in the Pays de Bray, 800 meters from the AVENUE VERTE, 6 km from Forges-les-Eaux, 12 km from Neufchâtel-en-Bray, 40 km from Rouen, 45 km from Dieppe, and 120 km from Paris.
Housed in a former 19th-century farmhouse on 1.5 hectares of pastureland, you’ll find the PEACE AND QUIET of the Countryside just a short distance from the City. The surrounding area is designated as a “Natura 2000” ecological site.
Ideal for two people: with a total area of 32m², its well-designed layout offers every comfort to its guests. Its 15-square-meter wooden deck overlooking the meadow is equipped with a table, two chairs, and two lounge chairs. This accommodation is not suitable for kids or the elderly (steep staircase).

On the ground floor,
an 18-square-meter living area with a living room, kitchen, and dining room (air conditioning in the room):
- fully equipped kitchen area (refrigerator-freezer, combination oven, 2-burner gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, French press, electric kettle, dishes for 2 people) with a serving cart and high stools for two people to eat at, opening onto
- a living area with a corner sofa and chaise longue, a large flat-screen TV with Chromecast,

Upstairs, on the mezzanine (steep spiral staircase):
- a large 15m² bedroom furnished with two separate 90x200 beds that can be pushed together to form a large 180x200 bed,
- a bathroom with a shower stall, a sink, and a toilet.

Cleaning, bed linens (beds made), and household linens are included in the price.

Enclosed on-site parking. Electric gate at the property entrance (you will be provided with 1 remote).
Electric car charging station on site at a rate of 0.35€/kWh.
