The little Holiday cottage ô pré is located in the heart of the Normandy bocage, in the Pays de Bray, 800m from the AVENUE VERTE, 6 km from Forges les Eaux, 12 km from Neufchatel en Bray, 40 km from Rouen, 45km from Dieppe and 120 km from Paris.
Set in a 19th-century farmhouse with 1.5 hectares of pasture, you'll find the CALM of the Countryside close to the City. The environment is classified as "Natura 2000".
Ideal for two people: with a total surface area of 32m2, its well-thought-out layout offers every comfort to its occupants.
Its 15m2 wooden terrace overlooking the meadow is equipped with a table with 2 chairs and two deckchairs. This accommodation is not suitable for Kids or the elderly (steep staircase).

Ground floor,
an 18m² living room with lounge, kitchen and dining area (air-conditioning in the room) :
- fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, combi oven, 2-burner gas hob, dishwasher, toaster, French press coffee maker, kettle, crockery for 2 people) with sideboard and high stools for 2 people, opening onto
- lounge area with corner sofa and chaise longue, large flat-screen TV with chrome cast,

Upstairs, on the mezzanine (steep winding staircase) :
- large 15m² bedroom, with 2 separate 90x200 beds that can be joined to form a king-size 180x200 bed,
- bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.

Cleaning + sheets (beds made) + household linen are included in the price.
