Studio on 3rd floor (no elevator) of a typical building by architect Auguste Perret, on the edge of the Montgeon forest (lake, children's playground, hiking trails). 200m from the tramway, which takes you directly to the city center in 10 minutes (beach, museum, etc.) and to the train station in 5 minutes. Free parking along the street. Shops a 5-minute walk away.
Pets welcome for a fee: 1 cat or 1 very small dog (yorkie, pug...) maximum per stay.

    Joli studio tout près de la forêt

    Très propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut (sauf peut-être une machine à laver le linge). J'ai été ravi par le chants des oiseaux : on est tout près de la forêt mais aussi proche du centre ville (soit par le tram, soit en voiture). La residence est calme et la vue sur Ste Cécile reposante. Reste le confort relatif du canapé-lit mais au moins pour moi cela ne posait pas de problème.

    Très bonne séjour en Normandie. Une grande terre d'histoire de la 2eme guerre mondiale.
