Studio on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a typical building of the architect Auguste Perret located on the edge of the forest of Montgeon (water, children's games, walks). 200 m tram that will take you directly to the city centre in 10 minutes (range, Museum...) and to the railway station in 5 minutes. Free parking along the street. Shops 5 minutes walk.

Logement très agréable
5/5J'ai passé un très bon séjour appartement très agréable, pas loin d'un parc forestier si je reviens sur le havre je n'hésiterai pas à revenir dans ce logement

5/5Superbe séjour, studio très propre, propriétaire très agréable, le seul bémol les escaliers 3 étages avec des courses ce n'est pas évident, je suis resté dans ce logement jusqu'au 13 octobre

3/5Un lieu calme permettant de rejoindre facilement le centre du Havre. Attention, le lit est un convertible dont le critère de confort n'est pas équivalent à celui d'un véritable lit.

Nous sommes navrés que votre séjour ne vous ait pas donné entière satisfaction.
Par contre, il est mentionné dans le descriptif de l'hébergement qu'il s'agit d'un canapé lit. -

3/5The accomadation was allright, clean and with modern new kitchen and bathroom. Not big but great for few night stays. Parking in front was not always possible but enough places around the block. My only litle minus was the sleepingcouch wich was not to comfortable. I think there are better sleepingcouches available I guess. But overall I was very happy with the overall condition of the appartement. One more minus is the big stairs to go up to the appartement. It is a big climb you dont want to do 10 times a day. Specialy when you re older. I would happly rent this again.

5/5Propriétaire très arrangeant et très accueillant.
Appartement conforme au descriptif.
J'ai été surpris par le calme. Le chant des oiseaux à l'extérieur le matin, un régal.
