Holiday cottage in the heart of the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Nature Park.
The structure is that of an 18th-century threshing floor, transplanted close to the owners' house to be transformed into a half-timbered dwelling, set in a 5,000m² enclosed garden planted with trees.
500 m from the Brotonne Forest, 1.5 km from the river and 7 km from the Mesnil-sous-Jumièges Base de loisirs and Golf course.
For companies: cleaning package every 15 days (€30 per additional cleaning).
Spacious living room with double bed, kitchenette (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher) with bar, dining area and living room (fireplace and LCD TV), bathroom with toilet, very large fireplace and pellet stove. Habitant juste à côté et retraités tous les deux, nous sommes à disposition de nos locataires mais faisons en sorte de ne pas être envahissants. L'ancien centre équestre mobilise encore beaucoup de notre temps, d'autant qu'il nous reste quelques chevaux et que nous accueillons ceux de nos locataires mais ses activités ont cessé fin 2022. Tranquillité assurée, donc !

bevdh Relaxing stay in a beautiful location.
A beautiful rustic gite set within the grounds of the owners charming thatched house. A great location that gave us the ability to visit several other villages and enjoy the best the area has to offer. We felt very secure there and our dog had the freedom to run in the garden in the company of the owners dog. The gite had everything we needed to be able to look after ourselves for the week and was nice and warm. I would definitely recommend and would certainly return.

séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir les boucles de la Seine.Rouen est à proximité avec sa cathédrale étonnante . Nous avons pu faire de belles ballades en vélo .

Laurent Jolie structure MAIS...
Par Quoi commencer?!
Si le bâtiment à de réelles atouts, malheureusement des choses sont laissés de côté.
Point positif:
cadre agréable, literie confortable.
Point négatif:
un manque de convivialité de Monsieur le propriétaire à notre arrivée qui bizzarement était plus enthousiasme à notre départ.
Propreté laissant à désirer(nombreuses toiles d araignée le long des baies vitrées, près du levier, dans la salle d eau) qui m'a pris 2 minutes à enlever avec le balai à notre arrivée sans qu elles ne reviennent le long de notre séjour (1 semaine) et ce n est pas excusable quand les propriétaires sont prévenus de notre arrivée 15 jours avant notre venue.
Trace de graisse et autres dans le four.
Manque d équipement, et l'équipement présent est vieillissant.(Exemple:ça va des couteaux qui ne coupent pas au canapé d' un autre âge et pas confortable ou pire le plan de travail où est implanté le levier qui s' affaisse,...)
Pour conclure si le gîte est un investissement certe coûteux celà n escuse pas le manque de suivi ou de renouvellement de ses équipements.- Cleanliness

Pardon pour ces petits désagréments et merci pour ces remarques utiles. Les équipements vieillissants seront remplacés prochainement.
