In Octeville-sur-Mer, just a few minutes from Le Havre and the beaches of the Côte d'Albâtre, discover this detached Holiday cottage built in 2023, ideal for a peaceful stay in Normandy.
Set in the heart of an undergrowth, this contemporary Holiday cottage offers an unspoilt natural setting, perfect for recharging your batteries.
From the living room, you'll enjoy a direct view over a meadow, with a glimpse of the donkeys and ponies on the property.
Numerous bay windows bathe the Holiday cottage in light and offer a permanent opening onto the outside world, creating a pleasant feeling of space and connection with nature.
First floor:
- Bright living room: equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vitro hob, washing machine...) opening onto living room with sofa, armchairs, flat-screen TV (connected to platforms with your codes) and dining table, heated by a pellet stove.
- 2-person bedroom with 160x200cm bed,
- Bathroom with large shower and WC.
Mezzanine floor:
- 1 open-plan bedroom with 2 beds 90x200cm, which can be moved closer together on request.

Aglaé Une vraie bulle zen
L'accueil de Floriane est très chaleureux et convivial, l'endroit un est un bijou, probablement encore plus quand les arbres sont feuillus (j'y étais pour le nouvel an)/. Le feu fonctionne très bien et chauffe suffisamment l'habitacle (malgré mes températures extérieures proches de zéro). Tout est extrêmement bien équipé, et ce avec goût. La seule suggestion que je ferais est de prévoir quelque chose pour pendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain du haut (un vrai luxe, 2 chambres et 2 salles-de-bain!)

Bimo Erholung pur
Sehr angenehmer erholsamer Ort. Alles vorhanden. Die Esel und Pferde vorm Fenster sind sehr beruhigend und der Cidre des Hauses sehr zu empfehlen. Die ausgesprochen freundliche Gastgeberin spricht dankenswerterweise englisch, das war sehr hilfreich, denn mein Französisch ist mangelhaft

Très beau gite, bien situé pour visiter la région.
Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillante.
Le gîte est en pleine nature,au calme. Avec vue sur les animaux.

Maison agréable, originale et belle avec les baies vitrées donnant sur le pré aux ânes !
Intérieur propre et jolie.
Bémol sur la propreté des extérieurs, beaucoup de toiles d’araignée, allées pleines d’orties qui ne permettaient pas de laisser les enfants dehors seuls pour profiter et aller voir les animaux. Baies vitrées non nettoyées ce qui gâche un peu la vue (qui est quand meme le point fort de l’habitation).
Ustensiles de cuisine en petite quantité ou manquant (couteaux de découpe, balance...). Un barbecue aurait pu être un petit + pour l’été.
La propriétaire est tres sympathiques et accessible.
Le lieu est vraiment reposant et dépaysant, de plus il est bien situe en normandie (le havre, etretat, honfleur...).- Cleanliness
