Just 2 minutes from major roads, this comfortable, self-contained Holiday cottage offers quick access to the beaches of Dieppe and the historic City of Rouen (25 min).
Situated in the heart of a peaceful village, in the immediate vicinity of a wooded area ideal for walks, it welcomes you in a private enclosed garden of 1000 m², ideal for a stay with family or friends.
Pets are welcome free of charge, subject to prior agreement with the owner (increased deposit).
A perfect base for discovering the Seine-Maritime region, between nature, heritage and the Sea.
Please note that this Holiday cottage is not All inclusive: some options are extra.

First floor:
- A fully-equipped self-contained kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric hob), with a pleasant dining area for sharing meals,

- A wood-burning stove (usable from November to March) for a cosy atmosphere in winter,
- A functional shower room,
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Two bedrooms with double beds for restful nights,

lizacot Le Gîte du Puits
We thoroughly enjoyed our week to this gîte, which was surrounded by a large, dog-proof garden. The weather was very hot, but there were several lovely trees which provided shade, and our dog was entertained by the robotic mowing machine!
The gîte was provided with everything we needed, although we never managed to work the television. (We are of an age when modern technology sometimes defeats us!)
We visited some pretty villages around and about, both in the countryside and on the coast. We particularly enjoyed the local markets.
(The bath was out of order while we were at the gIîte. This was not a problem for us because we prefer to use a shower; but if we had had children with us this may have
been awkward. This needs to be addressed.)
Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, but neither spoke any English and our French is a little rusty, so communication was challenging on occasion. However, we would be happy to stay here again, and would recommend the property.- Cleanliness
