Ideal for a stay with family or friends, you'll appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms, the fireplace in the living room, the enclosed garden with its sheltered terrace and its atypical feel, which adds to the charm of the place. A big plus for children, the Bocasse park is 450 m away and the Clères zoo 2.5 km from the gîte. The coast and its many tourist attractions are just 40 minutes away (Dieppe is the nearest beach). If you'd like to discover Rouen, the freeway is just 25 minutes away.

First floor:
- Comfortable living room with XL corner sofa, connected TV, mini hi-fi system,
- Fully-equipped kitchen with 4-person table (fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso ...),
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer,
- Bathroom with corner bath and WC,
- Dining room (access after 5 steps, see photos),
- 2-person bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm (located on garden level -0.5 access after 6 steps, see photos),

First floor :
- 1 master bedroom with 160x200cm bed, large storage space and closet,
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm, which can be moved closer together on request,
- 1 mezzanine with relaxation area (extra bed for 7th person available on request),
- 1 bathroom with shower (hairdryer)
- Separate WC.

Outside: covered terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and portico.
Baby equipment: stair gate, cot and high chair.
