Self-catering apartment in Le Havre. Apartment located on the 1st floor, on the seafront, overlooking Le Havre marina.
A UNESCO World Heritage site, you're just 2 steps from the Malraux Museum and the beach. Art lovers will enjoy the owner's personalized, contemporary decor (sculpture and painting). Free shared parking behind the building.
1st floor apartment :
- kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave) with dining area,
- living room (comfortable convertible sofa 160x200cm) with TV,
- 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90cm),
- shower room with washing machine,
- separate toilet.
Heating and linen are included in the rental price. Linen supplied is not included. End-of-stay cleaning optional at extra charge.

Daniel Jouen voulait depuis plusieurs années contribuer au rayonnement de sa ville natale. L'amoureux des voyages, habitué des Gîtes de France, est parvenu à son rêve : il ouvrait en 2011, un CityBreak.
"Je voulais pouvoir offrir aux personnes à la découverte de notre ville, une solution d'hébergement qui ne soit pas trop onéreuse. Ceci afin de leur permettre de venir en famille."
Daniel Jouen sait que, depuis le classement de sa ville au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco, nombreux sont les touristes en quête de culture et de patrimoine, à vouloir la découvrir. Il a donc façonné un intérieur qui leur ressemble. Coloré et chaleureux, son gîte, par ses éléments de décoration, est une première porte ouverte sur la culture et l'histoire du Havre. G111 Interessant und mittendrin
Hafen und Strand fußläufig zu erreichen; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Fischmarkt, Markthalle, Geschäfte) gleich um die Ecke - mitten in der Stadt und doch ruhig. Viel Platz und gute Ausstattung. Ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Yop35 Bel appartement au cœur du Havre
Nous avons passé un week-end prolongé en famille dans un appartement refait à neuf et décoré avec goût par un artiste. Le logement est confortable et agréable à vivre: très calme, aménagement bien pensé, vue sur mer, bien chauffé, commerces utiles à proximité ( supérette, pharmacie, pizzeria take-away,…). Sur le plan touristique il y a beaucoup à faire, l’appartement est proche du centre-ville, MuMa,… on voit passer les porte-conteneur depuis les fenêtres ;-)
