In the heart of the Pays de Bray, in an old 19th-century farmhouse, small gîte-studio on the first floor of an outbuilding near the owner's house and Bed and breakfast. Accessible garden at the foot of the Holiday cottage with garden furniture.
Ideal for lovers of the Countryside and peace and quiet.

Access to the gîte via a metal staircase on one of the gables of the house (storage room on the first floor):
The whole accommodation is very attic and will not be suitable for tall people or small children (stairs).

Upstairs (accessed via a narrow, steep staircase), on a mezzanine floor:
- bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm), sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed (slats and mattress)
- partitioned attic shower room in bedroom: wc, whirlpool shower, washbasin.
Cot available on request.
No washing machine, but laundry service provided by owner.
