Between Fécamp and Etretat, located in an old fishing village, "le coin fleuri" is a pretty south-facing semi-detached house for 6 people, with a terrace and small 50m² enclosed garden. Just 200m from the Beach (renowned as a surfing spot), you can swim, fish and relax. Pay parking throughout the commune from March 15, 2022. All shops on site, Casino.
Paid parking in Yport from March 1 to November 15.
Pets allowed free of charge but limited to 1 large or 2 small pets.

First floor:
- kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, freezer),
- dining room and living room, fireplace, flat-screen Smart TV (170 channels), DVD player, stereo system,

1st floor:
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm, 1 baby bed),

- 1 bedroom (2 single beds).
Plenty of books, DVDs and toys available.
