Located between Étretat, Honfleur and Le Havre, this contemporary single-storey Holiday cottage offers a bright, comfortable setting ideal for a family holiday. It features a large, modern living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms for up to five people. The 800 m² private walled garden, surrounded by an orchard and animals, allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Countryside to the full. A rare asset: a heated indoor swimming pool, private from May 15 to September 30, fully enclosed for the safety of Kids. Located in the heart of the Écqueville battery, the Holiday cottage also offers the opportunity to visit the blockhouses and meet the animals on site. In the immediate vicinity: Beach, Golf, Market, Sea walks and local producers.
All amenities close to Holiday cottage: supermarket 5 minutes away, golf course 2 km, Sunday morning Market.
Semi-detached house with Holiday cottage G1463: - open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, freezer, single sink, filter coffee maker, Senséo) opening onto - large living/dining room, - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), -1 bedroom (3 single beds 90x200 cm), - spacious shower room with walk-in shower, basin and toilet + washing machine.
Outside: - private parking (with PMR-accessible path) - enclosed garden - access to a covered, heated, fully enclosed and secure swimming pool, private from May 15 to September 30. The pool is closed from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for maintenance.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub and changing mat The Holiday cottage is accessible to people with disabilities (auditory, mental, motor, visual): renewal of the Tourism and Handicap label in January 2026. Nos amis qui sont passés nous voir ont trouvé le gite vraiment très bien à tous points de vu. Comme d’habitude nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et les propriétaires sont aux petits soins tout en étant très discrets, encore une très bonne semaine.

Annick et Joël Superbe Gîte
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans magnifique gîte, très lumineux, bien exposé, très bien chauffé. Il est aussi très très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Aussi bien adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, un vrai PMR c’est assez rare. Accueil sympathique.
Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Très bonne continuation -
Denis Gîte idéal
C'était notre deuxième séjour dans ce gîte et que dire d'autre que encore une fois parfait du début à la fin de notre séjour. Les animaux ne sont pas du tout gênants au contraire c'est un plus, pour les personnes qui auraient peur d'être incommodées pas de bruit et pas d'odeur. En plus nous sommes très proches d'Etretat et du Havre je dirai en temps(très rapide) à égale distance. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l'écoute. Nous y reviendrons très surement l'année prochaine.

Das Ferienhaus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin zur vereinbarten Zeit sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Von vollwertiger Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Tiefkühltruhe bis hin zu einem bequemen Bett, ebenerdiger Dusche mit reichlich warmen Wasser, schnellem WLAN usw.
Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs, der sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat.
Die Lage ist ideal, um den Großraum von Le Havre zu erkunden. Wir waren unterwegs von den Landungsstränden bis Fecamp. Eine tolle Gegend für jeden, der sich ein wenig für mittelalterliche Städte, wunderschöne Strände mit Steilküste und gutem Essen begeistern kann.
Ein toller Bäcker ist fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist etwas außerhalb von Octoville (5 Minuten mit dem Auto).
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Pascale Gîte PMR
Nous sommes restés deux semaines au Clos Saint-Bernard en septembre 2024. Nous étions quatre adultes dont une personne en fauteuil roulant et un bébé. La maison est confortable et idéale pour une personne à mobilité réduite, les portes sont larges et la salle de bains bien équipée et suffisamment vaste pour tourner en fauteuil roulant. Madame Landry est d'une aide appréciable, elle nous a fourni tout le nécessaire pour le bébé et toujours avec le sourire. Que demander de plus? Je recommande ce gîte, en particulier pour ses équipements PMR.
