Located between Étretat, Honfleur and Le Havre, this contemporary single-storey Holiday cottage offers a bright, comfortable setting ideal for a family holiday. It features a large, modern living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms for up to five people. The 800 m² private walled garden, surrounded by an orchard and animals, allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Countryside to the full. A rare asset: a heated indoor swimming pool, private from May 15 to September 30, fully enclosed for the safety of Kids. Located in the heart of the Écqueville battery, the Holiday cottage also offers the opportunity to visit the blockhouses and meet the animals on site. In the immediate vicinity: Beach, Golf, Market, Sea walks and local producers.
All amenities close to Holiday cottage: supermarket 5 minutes away, golf course 2 km, Sunday morning Market.
Semi-detached house with Holiday cottage G1463: - open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, freezer, single sink, filter coffee maker, Senséo) opening onto - large living/dining room, - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), -1 bedroom (3 single beds 90x200 cm), - spacious shower room with walk-in shower, basin and toilet + washing machine.
Outside: - private parking (with PMR-accessible path) - enclosed garden - access to a covered, heated, fully enclosed and secure swimming pool, private from May 15 to September 30. The pool is closed from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for maintenance.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub and changing mat The Holiday cottage is accessible to people with disabilities (auditory, mental, motor, visual): renewal of the Tourism and Handicap label in January 2026. Tania Fantastische week in Octeville sur MER
Het was een fantastische week. De gastvrouw ontving ons heel vriendelijk. Als we vragen hadden konden wij haar hierover aanspreken. Het huis was groot en alles op het gelijkvloers voor rolstoelgebruikers. Rustig, in doodlopende straat, geen geluid van wagens. Veel dieren, zalig voor kinderen. Heel lekkere bakkerij op nog geen km. Niet ver van Le Havre, Etretat, Honfleur enz. Onze 2 honden waren zeker welkom tuin volledig afgesloten. Een welkomstdrankje. Een koude week maar wel zonnig. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar, eens in de zomer

Helene Dépaysement
Je tiens à partager mon expérience positive suite à mon séjour dans ce gîte. Idéalement situé, cet hébergement spacieux et propre offre un dépaysement total, propice à la détente et à l'évasion. Le jardin est spacieux et agrémenté de jeux pour enfants, constitue un espace parfait pour les familles, permettant aux plus jeunes de s'amuser en toute sécurité.
De plus, la proximité avec des animaux ajoute une dimension unique à cette expérience, favorisant un contact direct avec la nature. Nous avons également eu l'opportunité de visiter un blockhaus, riche en histoire, ce qui a enrichi notre séjour d'une note culturelle appréciable.
Les hôtes se sont montré extrêmement chaleureux et disponible, toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins et à partager leurs connaissances sur la région. En résumé, je recommande vivement ce gîte à quiconque recherche une escapade alliant confort, nature et histoire.- Cleanliness
