Located in the heart of the Pays de Caux region, this self-contained holiday cottage in Louvetot welcomes you for a getaway in the countryside, in a peaceful and authentic setting. From the terrace and living areas, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of sheep grazing in the nearby meadows. Inside, everything is designed with your comfort and leisure in mind: foosball, a library area, a desk, board games, and a private garage for added convenience.
Ideally located just 6 km from Yvetot and 35 km from the Alabaster Coast, it’s the perfect base for exploring Normandy’s most beautiful sites: Beaches and cliffs, picturesque villages like Veules-les-Roses, and remarkable heritage sites such as Saint-Wandrille Abbey or the thousand-year-old oak tree in Allouville-Bellefosse. Perfect for 4 people, this haven of tranquility combines a feel of the Countryside, nature, and proximity to the region’s must-see attractions.
Single-story holiday cottage:

Fab&Sof Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans ce gîte. C'est une maison traditionnelle normande parfaitement restaurée dans un esprit « campagne-chic» confortable et chaleureux. Nous avons disposé d’un vaste terrain parfaitement entretenu, dont les enfants ont pu profiter pleinement, et nous aussi, allongés sous les arbres, nous avons profité des trilles des merles. Et si vous avez notre chance, un lièvre viendra peut être prendre la pause sous votre fenêtre. C'est un petit havre de calme et de sérénité, où nous avons séjourné en toute quiétude, et nos hôtes aussi discrets qu'attentionnés, étaient aux petits soins.
A mi-chemin entre Seine et mer, nous avons pu profiter à la fois des charmes de la Côte d'Albâtre (Etretat, Veules les Roses,...) ainsi que du côté Seine, avec la découverte de la campagne de Seine-Maritime, des abbayes et des musées.
Dans le village, à quelques pas, se trouve un distributeur de produits locaux qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de bonnes spécialités à déguster à l'apéritif ou au repas, en direct des producteurs.
Nous avons été charmés et aurions volontiers prolongé notre séjour. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce gîte !- Cleanliness

Gîte très calme, spacieux et agréable. Le gîte est en très bon état et a été rénové avec soin. Beaucoup d'espace privé, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur.
Propriétaire très sympathique. Bon contact. Des vélos étaient prêts pour nous et un bon barbecue était disponible. En ce qui nous concerne, il n’y a pas de points à améliorer.
Lorsque nous avons fait notre réservation, il n'y avait pas encore d'avis. Nous sommes très heureux de pouvoir publier le premier avis. Nous reviendrons certainement.
