Let yourself be tempted by the charm of this former 18th century mansion in the heart of Caudebec-en-Caux, near the Abbey church. This manor house, home to numerous historical treasures, has been completely refurbished to offer you a top-of-the-range service. The property has stood the test of time, and for 25 years was on loan to the City's Gendarmerie. The owners have preserved a large number of period objects, with a special mention for the refined decor and attention to detail in every room. Comfort will be the watchword of your stay, with 7 shower rooms for 6 bedrooms, a vast terrace with barbecue and panoramic view, and a large, secure garage (electric door and 100m² surface area). Each bedroom has its own little extra (private terrace, whirlpool bath, beautiful view...) for a guaranteed exceptional stay (5 large bedrooms with TV, private shower rooms and wc).
Access to the Holiday cottage via a few steps leading to the 1st floor of the property (first floor unoccupied):

-bathroom and WC with independent access,
bedroom n°2: king-size bed 180x200cm and panoramic view of the Church,
-bedroom n°4: 140x190cm bed and Balneo bath. Direct access to terrace with relaxation area.

ERIC Vie de château
Très beau gîte avec 5 belles chambres avec chacune sdb et Wc. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et la personne en charge Paola avec belle réactivité sur un problème technique ( remplacement immédiat de lave-vaisselle). Gîte recommandé mais pour 10 personnes max ( nous étions 12 et la 6e chambre n’est pas au niveau des autres)

Élodie La vie de château
Nous étions 7 dans ce petit château durant 8 jours. Quel bonheur de se lever chaque matin pour apprécier la beauté du lieu, où chaque chambre possède sa propre salle d'eau, sa proximité avec le centre ville où nous pouvions faire nos emplettes quotidiennement (boulanger, primeur, charcutier etc.) et flâner le long de la Seine.

Merci d'avoir laissé votre avis. Je suis toutefois très surpris par l'avis laissé pour la propreté, qui a n'a jamais été un point souligné par de précédents locataires. Il reste difficile de tenir compte de ce point sans éléments spécifiques ou sans avoir pris contact avec nous pendant le séjour à ce sujet. J'espère toutefois que vous avez passé un agréable séjour. Suzanna Een prachtig huis voorzien van alle luxe
Le Clos de la Seine is een prachtig huis, voorzien van alle luxe en comfort. De eigenaar heeft oog voor elk detail om het verblijf van de gasten zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. We hebben vaak in de tuin gegeten, met een mooi uitzicht op de kerk. Op regenachtige dagen hebben we gezellig tafeltennis gespeeld in de enorme garage. Deze gîte ligt in een mooi en gezellig dorp (met minstens vier bakkers), op loopafstand van de winkels en de rivier. We hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie doorgebracht in het gezelschap van ons uitgebreide gezin.

C'est le meilleur gîte qu'on a loué depuis 20 ans. On a spécialement bien apprécié la qualité, le standing, l'emplacement, et le fait d'avoir une SDB individuelle pour chaque chambre.

Marie Séjour entre amis, avec enfants
Très bon séjour passé au Clos. Terrasse très agréable pour partager de bons repas. La maison est spacieuse, avec tout le confort nécessaire et des chambres bien individualisées, pour les parents comme pour les enfants. Bonne literie. Un souci d'eau chaude a été réglé dans la demi-heure ! Table de ping-pong à disposition très appréciée. Lieu calme et reposant le long de la Seine avec tous les commerces a proximité et les balades à quelques kilomètres.
