In Ancretteville-sur-Mer, between Fécamp, Veules-les-Roses, and Saint-Valery-en-Caux, this self-contained holiday cottage welcomes you to a peaceful countryside setting, just a few minutes from the beaches and the famous cliffs of the Alabaster Coast.

This charming house, with its simple and authentic style, captivates with its warm atmosphere, exposed beams, and spacious rooms perfect for stays with family or friends. You’ll enjoy a large, fully enclosed garden with trees—ideal for outdoor meals, kids’ play, or vacations with your pet.

Located near the GR21 hiking trail, as well as coastal hiking and biking trails, the holiday cottage is an excellent starting point for exploring the treasures of Normandy: Étretat, Fécamp, Veules-les-Roses, Saint-Valery-en-Caux, the Valleuses, local markets, and seaside activities.

The holiday cottage does not have a fixed internet connection, but it has excellent cell service, allowing for easy internet access via your phone’s data plan.

An ideal spot to enjoy the tranquility of the Normandy countryside while staying close to the Sea and the main tourist attractions of Seine-Maritime.

Ground floor:
- Living area with dining room and open-concept kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster,
- Utility room closed off by a door, equipped with a washing machine and providing access to the bathrooms,
- Separate toilet,
- Bathroom accessible from the utility room, closed off by a curtain. However, the utility room has a door that can be closed to separate the space. It includes a large walk-in shower and a sink,
- Large bedroom for 2 people with a double bed (160x200 cm).

First floor:
- Landing with a sitting area: sofa, armchair, and TV,
- Attic bedroom for 2 people with 2 single beds (2 beds measuring 80x200cm),
- Large attic bedroom for 3 people with 3 single beds (3 beds measuring 90x200cm).

Outdoors:
- Large, fully enclosed garden with a barbecue and picnic table,
- Outdoor shed for storing bicycles or other equipment,
- Parking space in the driveway, out of sight.

The property does not have a fixed Internet connection, but benefits from excellent cell phone coverage thanks to a nearby cell tower, allowing easy Internet access via 4G/5G networks.
