La Mouture, a typical Normandy house built of brick and flint, is located close to the owners' house (shared car entrance, but the gîte is at the far end of the property), so you'll be able to react quickly if you need to.
The house has a terrace not overlooked and a 300m² private flower garden in a 4600m² estate. You'll enjoy a comfortable gîte in a quiet country setting, just 4km from Etretat in a region ideal for hiking.
First floor: large, bright living room with bay windows opening onto the terrace: - open-plan kitchen (oven, 3-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, 1-bowl sink, dishwasher, Senséo combi-coffee maker) and island with 4 high chairs, - dining area (rectangular table, 6 chairs), - lounge area (130cm connected TV), - laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), - wc, - shower room: large shower 140x90cm, 2 basins, - bedroom 1 double bed 160x200cm and dressing room, TV 80cm, air-conditioning - "Kids" bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200cm and dressing room, air-conditioning Upstairs (attic): - landing, - bedroom 1 double bed 160x200cm and dressing room, TV 80cm, air-conditioning - shower room: large shower 160x90cm, 1 basin, - wc, Baby equipment: high chair and Umbrella bed on request.

HaToNL Perfectie vakantie woning
Alles wat je nodig hebt is hier aanwezig en alles is ook inclusief voor 6 personen.
Een grote koelkast is aanwezig evenals een afwasmachine.
De eigenaar is heel aardig, behulpzaam en erg klantvriendelijk. Met google translate konden we over en weer goed communiceren, want hij spreekt enkel Frans .De eigenaar woont op hetzelfde terrein, maar je komt elkaar absoluut niet tegen, tenzij je dat wilt .
Het huis is volledig ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt. Wasmachine, droger en zelfs een strijkplank zijn aanwezig en zo goed als nieuw.
De bedden zijn van prima (Ikea) kwaliteit.
Ook de badkamers zijn schoon, ruim en met een erg goede douche.
De bank en stoelen zijn fijn en een grote eettafel maakt het geheel prettig in gebruik. Naar ons idee bij 6 personen wel wat weinig relaxte zitplaatsen.
Er is vloerverwarming voor koude tijden...
Er is goede verlichting, ook indien je wilt lezen, alhoewel een echte leeslamp ontbreekt.De tuin en het grote terras zijn voorzien van een goede grote tafel met goed tuinmeubilair.
Er is voldoende privé parkeergelegenheid en je kunt zelfs gebruik maken van een laadpaal voor elektrisch laden.
Het is ook nog centraal gelegen in Normandië Maritiem dus een absolute aanrader.

Un grand réfrigérateur est fourni ainsi qu'un lave-vaisselle.
Le propriétaire est très gentil, serviable et très convivial. Google Translate nous a permis de bien communiquer encore et encore, car il ne parle que le français .Le propriétaire vit sur la même propriété, mais vous ne vous rencontrerez pas du tout, sauf si vous le souhaitez .
La maison est entièrement meublée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Machine à laver, sèche-linge et même une planche à repasser sont présents et aussi bien que neufs.
Les lits sont d'excellente qualité (Ikea) .
Les salles de bains sont également propres, spacieuses et dotées d'une très bonne douche.
