The proximity of several charming family seaside resorts offers you a wide choice of activities: beaches in all seasons, green valleys, the changing lights of the seaside so dear to impressionists and writers, harbors, churches and castles, casinos, the golf courses of Dieppe and Etretat, boat trips out to sea, summer tobogganing, sailing, water skiing, art exhibitions, museums, gardens to discover...,
The owners have preserved the character of this traditional building using authentic materials.
PETS ALLOWED: SMALL DOGS ONLY, 1 cat allowed. (Yorkshire, Pinscher......)

First floor:
- large living room, large-screen TV, international channels, stereo, wifi Internet.
- well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, bar and high chairs),
- wc.

Upstairs:
- sofa bed on landing for 1-2 extra beds,
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm),
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm, 1 single bed 90x190cm, baby bed),
- shower room,
- toilet,
Baby bed and high chair available. Bed linen and tea towels provided, except for bath towels which cost 2€50 each!

Outside :
-Unenclosed private area with pretty, unprotected pond nearby. Wooden terrace with garden furniture. Parking on the property and access to the farmyard (grass with apple trees) shared with the owners.
