The Manoir des Roques, also called the White House, is one of the oldest residences in Villequier. Built in the 15th century, the residence was owned by shipowners in the 16th century and then by Georges Binet, a post-impressionist painter in the 20th century.

Ideally located between Rouen and Le Havre, in the middle of a 5000 m² park, this Holiday cottage boasts a magnificent view over the Seine. The house has retained its authentic Renaissance spirit, with large rooms furnished in "château" style, rooms decorated in a romantic style, stone spiral staircases and a 150m² cellar suitable for small events.
