Quietly located 25 km from the Sea, 300 m from the Avenue Verte and 1 hour from the famous Bay of the Somme, this detached house, near the owners' home, boasts a private terrace and enclosed garden with uninterrupted views over the valley, as well as access to the owners' large garden with trees and flowers (4,000 m2) and approval for a fish pond (unprotected).

First floor: open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, gas stove with oven, microwave, freezer), dining room with living room (2-bed convertible), wood-burning stove (1st basket offered, stere of wood €60), large flat-screen TV, DVD player, wifi, shower room (Italian shower) with toilet. 1st floor: 2 en suite bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190cm), baby bed, toilet with washing machine and hand-washer.
