500m from the beach, semi-detached brick and flint townhouse in the heart of the Bénédictine district (150m), much appreciated by the locals. This bright, charmingly decorated gîte is ideal for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the pleasant courtyard and the sunset over Cap Fagnet from the 2nd floor. Free parking in the street (reserved for local residents).
First floor: entrance, kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, freezer), living room (TV, DVD, Bluetooth hi-fi), shower room with toilet (washing machine, tumble dryer). 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200cm which can be joined), bathroom with toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200cm which can be joined, crib), 1 master bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm) with private shower room. ALL CHARGES INCLUDED (electricity, gas heating, sheets, household linen, towels, cleaning). Tourist tax not included. Wifi connection. Pets accepted free of charge, but additional deposit required.

Logement confortable bien que l'isolation phonique entre les deux étages n'est pas performante.
Gîte situé en haut de la rue Bella Pochez très pentue.
Accueil sympathique par Mme Quindroit et organisation facilitée pour la remise des clés par sa disponibilité, merci madame.

Roro Une très belle adresse
Très agréable séjour dans cette maison de ville proche du centre-ville de Fecamp,
jolie terrasse pour manger dehors, vastes chambres confortables , cuisine avec tout le nécessaire, linge de lit de toilette et de cuisine fourni, c’était parfait pour nous quatre !- Cleanliness

Gîte très bien aménagé, électroménager et vaisselle de très bonne qualite.Literie parfaite Rien ne manque.Equipement bébé complet. Très bonne situation géographique, aucun problème de stationnement même en plein mois d'août . Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et merci aux propriétaires d'avoir transformé cette maison en gîte qui perpétue l'âme de cette maison.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Agathe Gite agréable et bien place
Joli gîte avec petite cour intérieure. Tout le confort nécessaire pour 8 personnes. Escalier bruyant mais il s agit d une ancienne maison donc ...normal !
A 5 min. A pied de la mer .
