This former janitor's cottage on the edge of the Roumare forest offers a magnificent view of the Seine. Access to the gîte is via a steep path. You'll enjoy a pleasant, well-oriented terrace overlooking a large, private, unenclosed garden in the grounds of the owners' house.
First floor:
- living/dining room with wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV/DVD,
- fitted kitchen (microwave, induction hob, hood, oven, dishwasher),
- wc, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm) with en-suite shower room (walk-in shower).

Pour faire revivre cette petite maison de gardien pleine de charme, nous avons du la restaurer entièrement, avec des matériaux de qualité, en pensant à nos futurs hotes, pour qu'ils s'y sentent bien.
Nous sommes à chaque fois ravis d'acceuillir de nouvelles personnes avec lesquelles nous pouvons échanger. Ce sont toujours des rencontres enrichissantes.

Gäste aus Österreich Wunderschöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage
Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit in diesem liebevoll gestalteten, modernen Haus. Es liegt herrlich ruhig direkt am Waldrand, mitten in einem großen Garten – perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch das großzügige, überdachte Carport war super praktisch.
Das Haus selbst ist top ausgestattet, und das Beste: Jeder Schlafbereich hat ein eigenes Bad – super für Familien oder wenn man mit Freunden unterwegs ist.
Ein echtes Highlight war die tolle Boulangerie in der Nähe – mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, und jeden Morgen gab’s dort frisches Baguette, Croissants und andere Köstlichkeiten.
Besonders möchten wir Gastgeberin Anne erwähnen – total herzlich, hilfsbereit und einfach sympathisch. Auch ohne gute Französischkenntnisse hat die Verständigung problemlos geklappt.
Ein kleiner Tipp zur Anreise: Die Zufahrt ist ein bisschen versteckt. Wenn man den Schriftzug Bellevue in der Wiese am Hang sieht, einfach den Weg hinauf, an den Strommasten entlang, nehmen. An der ersten Gabelung dann rechts – der Weg ist nur kurz, etwa 500Meter.

Vincent repos absolu
Très jolie maison logée dans un écrin de verdure. Du calme à profusion à seulement 20 minutes de Rouen. Nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour en Normandie.

Maria Great place to stay
We enjoyed the cosy cottage/ gîte with all we need for a pleasant holiday. We especially enjoyed the big terrace, the very comfortabel bed and ensuite bathroom. The house is situated at the border of a forest and close to little villages like Duclair and St Martin de Bosscherville.
The communication with Anne was very good, as she responded swiftly to any questions we had. In short, we had a very nice and lovely stay at the gîte!We would sincerely recommend the gite.
